He dead. With the upcoming event introducing the Anti Monitor and Wally leaving the CWverse for the time being, it's possible that they kill him off in the event. They kinda did that with the last event, but they may do it again. I haven't been caught up on Flash, so I don't know what's happened yet in the new season, so correct me if something has already happened to him
