uzumaki boruto gets Q like powers

In this scenario the Q decide to have a little fun and give boruto some limited Q powers. He is told that he will have access to the powers for only 15 minutes a day and that the range of his powers are limited to earth. He also will only know about when he can use his power by voice from the Q in his mind. What do you think happens?

I have to answer, because I'm a Q fan. Unfortunately, I know nothing of Boruto.

Okay, I did some research, and found that Boruto is from the Naruto universe. That said, I can only assume that the guy has enemies. Depending on his personality, he either snaps his fingers and turns them all into ants, or he torments them for a while. Or maybe does both.

Or maybe he uses his Q-powers to build a ladder to the nearest star. How the heck can I know how a fictional character would act?
