Ultra Instinct vs Mastered Spider-Sense?

A theoretical mastered spider sense, like that what-if comic where Spidey becomes a SHIELD agent and he kills everybody, or a theoretical mastered Ultra Instinct, with both offensive and defensive, like the Angels have. What is the superior fighting style?

Pretty sure Ultra Instinct also includes a power boost.

It does though a lot of people like to say its not a "form" it clearly is a power boost.

Spider sense is a form of precog correct? With someone that's powerful it would probably be more useful

Ultra instinct is not a power boost. It's a technique which is simply moving without thinking. The form you see being used is goku's personal form that allows him to use the technique. Notice how whis doesn't need to power up? nor does beerus need to. It's just that goku can't do it in base, so he uses the form as a "bridge" so to speak to use it.

Spider sense gives you pre cog which is more than ultra instinct alone. and when you're able to use it like breathing it's far above UI, which even jiren can nullify just by being strong enough.

@intercepter101: And lets not forget that people can trick the spidey sense and Venom and anyone with the venom symbiote is immune to it.And the fact that gases can also affect the spidey sense.And peter has the choice of responding to the spider sense or just ignoring it. And green goblin has gotten pass it on multiple occassions. But hey its better than precog where you dont have to think right.

Spider-sense is better, UI gives you only a small speed edge.

MUI has to give a boost otherwise Goku would still been stomped by Jiren. Suddenly landing your attacks will not do anything if you still lack the power to damage your opponent.

Ultra Instinct, because it seems like fear also evaporates when using it.

MUI means your body reacts on its own, from what I make of it, you could be asleep and still dodge and counter.

I still think the spider sense is just a little bit better, though granted, given Peter Parker's use of it, he's so low-tier it wouldn't matter. Now if one of the DBS god tiers had it, that might be different. But I agree with the others, Ultra Instinct is the ability to move without having to process conscious thought. And it's a power boost as well.

Aside from the time limit, ultra instinct is far more useful imo.

Probably Spider-sense. Precog beats instantaneous reaction. There are unavoidable attacks spider-man will be able to dodge early that UI would still get hit by.

I'll say spider-sense considering it's not just anticipation, but rather a good analysis for incoming and present things, like knowing how many of something is present or being able to see in the dark and reacting even when weakened I think.

Even with mastery over the Spider-Sense you're still reacting to the signals the sense gives you, but with Ultra Instinct you don't have to do anything at all.
