Title Series Run Data for DC and Marvel

Hi everyone. I posted this in the API board, but got no response, so I will try here. I need to compile data on series runs for all the Marvel and DC titles, but I don't know how to go about getting this information. A particular title may have many records to describe it (see below for an example). Any help is appreciated. I need the following data : Publisher, Title, Volume, Low Issue, High Issue.

Here is an example of what the data would look like using 2 titles, "Batman and the Outsiders" and "Superman" :

DC, Batman and the Outsiders, 1983, 1, 32
DC, Batman and the Outsiders, 2007, 1, 14
DC, Batman and the Outsiders, 2007, 40, 40

DC, Superman, 1939, 1, 423
