It doesnt have to be an instant stop. And they can either do it like Hancock. Punch it. Or just use both hands.
Iron Man (Infinity War)
Are you asking if they can casually stop that train with a shoulder bash? If so, then it's a negative, none of them can replicate a feat of that magnitude. Can they stop it? Yes, I can see Namek, Thor and Hulk and Kurse stopping it whilst heavily struggling. And Superman had already stopped a less heavier train in the tie ins, while holding back and it's important to note that the narrator explicitly stated Supes could've casually stopped the said train via slamming into it but didn't 'cause of the high risk of causalities. Thus, he has a higher chance of replicating the feat in question Hancock-style, than the rest of the top tiers on your list.
Didnt Hulk instantly stop a fucking 100+ ton Leviathan with a single punch??? I don't know if Hulk can stop it like Hancock, but he can definitely stop it. And if Hulk can do it, Thor, Kurse, Namek and Superman can all do it. And possibly Aquaman and Wonder Woman can do it too but Im not too sure on this
Superman bench pressed Earth for like several days, stoping this train would be like me stoping a balloon...Do you guys understand how much your muscles, bones, skin and blood vessels have to be powerful in order to hold the weight of Earth? In order to challenge supermans strength and power you would need a planet biger than earth instead of a train...
He stops train the same way hancock did with ez...
A fully loaded goods train would weigh around 2000 tons, give or take a few hundred tons. Even though the train wasn't moving very fast, it would still have an insane momentum associated with it and Hancock stopped it dead on its tacks just by a nudge. He wasn't even trying TBH.
From the characters listed, I don't see anyone other than Superman being able to exactly replicate it. Being able to carry a 7500+ ton building over his head effortlessly, or being able to drag a 6000+ ton ship should make it clear that he can do it. The tie-in comic also shows superman stopping a train.
Nam-Ek threw a 170+ ton loco like a mile away and with considerable speed, which is very impressive. He probably could stop the train but I don't see him replicating Hancock's feat exactly. He probably can't do it with a nudge like Hancock although, the train feat definetly shouldn't be Nam-Ek's limit. Same with Kurse. He's like a slower version of Nam-Ek. They both could stop the train but they lack feats to say they can do it Like Hancock.
Hulk stopped the Leviathan which should weigh a few hundred tons at max but he didn't do it as casually as Hancock. It seemed like he used his entire strength on that punch and yet he was pushed back a few metres. Also, An entire Leviathan falling on top of a building failed to bust the top floors so it couldn't have weighed more than a few hundred tons. So Hulk being able to stop the train sounds like a stretch too. He might be able to stop it eventually but definitely not with a nudge like Hancock.
So I see only Superman replicating Hancock's feat exactly like he did.
