Definately Marvel Adventures. That's pretty much the only time Storm, Wolverine and Spidey hang out together and that's the costume Storm has in that series.
Does anyone remember a couple (brother and sister I think) of kids who put on black suits, allowing them to climb up tiled roofs and basically have adventures at night climbing around. These are pretty vague memories as I was only around 6 or 7 - early-mid 1970's. I have no idea where they could be from as I used to read Beano, Whizzer & Chips kind of comics. I do remember they had excellent treads on their shoes, like tyre treads - I really wanted one of those suits!
@Jotham: D'you know I think you're right! Thanks for that - I'll be able to look them up now. That is definately the shoes - and carrying their gear in backpacks rings a bell too. I hope I can find an actual episode that I'll remember. Then I can be 6 again!
@D3athstroke: I read Cable & Deadpool and they didn't fight at all they bearly even spoke to each other, so it can't be in Cable & Deadpool. Un less they have added to the ultimate collection.

@Michael the Fly: I don't think those are from a comic book at all. They look more like the sort of thing you'd find in one of DK Publishings Batman Encyclopedias.

It was a good issue. You can find several battle threads concerning this version of Spider-man with a quick use of the search function, in case you wish to leanr more about him in the mid-time.
