The most powerfull character on Arroverse?

1.God( See Cosntantine.He created all.)

2.The Devil( Check out the arroverse wiki. It says that he was the first angel created by God, and that only God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit can beat him. It even says thatby only listening to his voice in a recorder cmakes someoen commit suicide. Als, he created thousands of demon).

3.Angel,demons, and spirits. ( Manny was able to stop time and do other crazy stuff.)

4.Vandal Savage ( He knows magic and is super intelligent, plus he has an army and conquers the world. He also destroyed Central City.)

6.Reverse flash

7.Supergirl and Flash (Cant decide)

8.Firestorm

9.Atom ( He can turn giant and small, plus he can fly and shoot lasers.)

Felicity.

Considering Supergirl is a a part of the Arrowverse, she is probably the most powerful character now. But apart from her and the speedsters, it's probably Grodd, Weather Wizard, Firestorm and Damien Darhk.

In arrow, Damien. In the verse, Zoom, Reverse Flash, Darhk, Grodd, Flash.

@scouterv: Has no-one here seen Flash Season 3? Savitar is ridiculously fast and is also the Flash. If you say that Savitar is a time remnant then remember that Barry beats him, same for Zoom and the Reverse Flash. In Supergirl Season 2, Superman is also introduced, therefore making my list:
