(DC) Dark Angel Has the terrible Nickname The Bringer of Doom which is exactly what she brings. She is a diabolical fiend that is pure evil. She bedevil's those foolish enough to summon her, and made Donna Troy's live a living hell by having live many miserable lifes one of which included being married to a abusive man. Even Hitler was afraid of the Bringer of Doom.

Cheetah I think she thinks to see the World as a Jungle so acting like a cannibal savage that kills as a way of life is ok. She kills as a way of life like she's another Jaws, add in she is a cannibal. Arcade If you have enough money the brillant evil madman known as Arcade will kill that person or people. Seems like another Saw Jigsaw getting enjoyment out of people nearly being killed, and wanting to make a game out of it.

oh and theres Darth Vader who in the end was able to redeem himself but he was a very immoral guy who killed many jedi without second thought and he killed imperials (his own men) for certain reasons

I don't rank him, because Darth was a totally bad@$$ in the first three movie. Than Hayden turned him into a loser whiney cry baby in the newest three movies. It ruined the character.

Wow amazing becuase I was going to mention him. Didn't he commit genocide to the rest of his race? Let me further add in he's denied entry to Heaven, and yes even Hell. As long as he can get paid well he'll hunt just about anyone. Also has a lack of respect for just about anyone.

He was whiney in attack of the clones. If he was a true Jedi he should not of been in a relationship in the first place. Darth Vader was ruined for me after the second and third movie
Clown aka Violator Don't Be fooled by his obese appearnce. Much like the ugly bug in Men in Black he can possess people's bodies as hosts though this is mostly what he looks like when he's not the gigantic Violator. He is the Devil's man on Earth, and even teamed up with another clown fiend the Joker.
Dr.Doom He hates Reed Richards, and wants to see the demise of his hated rival. In his mind no one is equal to him, and believes he can do no wrong, and is always right. Seems like a Psycho version of House although more antagonistic, hostile, and as unadmirable as possible. Add in sending Reed's kids to hell that screams enmity. Add in Darth Vador is in part based of him.
Kaliback Anything atrocious, and savage to keep his father's respect, and show he's not a failure to his father. They don't call him Kaliback the Cruel for nothing.
I've always considerd how immoral someone is based on their actions and their motivation. Larfleeze is only in it for himself, he hasn't done much yet due to being a recent addition to the comics world, but he was willing to slaughter anyone becuae of his greed, and he cut Hal's hand off! Annihilus is also only in it for himself. When Thanos found out what his true motives were (destroy everything and be the sole survivor) even he was disgusted by him. Darkseid isn't called the god of evil for nothing. He was pretty nasty during the pre-crisis days. Anti-Monitor is only motivated by having only his anti-matter universe remaining, he also killed millions upon millions of people during COIE. Krona created the Anti-Monitor, technically causing the first crisis. He also is willing to destroy a universe to know why it exists. His experiment also created entropy and bled the universe of billions of years of life, making milions of potential future species to no longer exist. Sinestro waged a war that killed hundreds of green lanterns just so the guarians could change their laws, but he's not entirely immoral (he once loved his wife so I'm not too sure) Parallax is the sentient emodiment of fear and is only in it to cause misery for others.
