The gauntlet allows you to do absolutely anything, globally or in the details. The nullifier is just a mass destruction weapon at the universal level.

Infinity Gauntlet has been shown to be more powerful because Magus with an incomplete IG, was able to turn Ultimate Nullifier after being fired by Quasar against him.

So we have a direct confrontation of 2 devices which shows IG is superior, worth nothing is that the IG Magus got was in fact incomplete as it was missing the reality gem which was switched with a false gem, reality throughout his time remained with Thanos.

@killemall: i don't think that proves that IG is above UN. most likely magus did that by targetting quasars mind not UN itself. To turn UN back to user all you need to do is to mess up with mind of user. even a telepath could have done that.

read said that un can bust multiverse. i don't think ig can do it. if most powerful attack of ig and un are fired towards each other then UN should win.

• The Ultimate Nullifier is stronger in the hands of someone strong enough to actually use it properly. If you aren't mentally capable of handling the Ultimate Nullifier properly, you wont get very far (as Quasar found out). Also "The Nullifier later appeared during the Infinity War. Quasar tried to use it in an attempt to destroy the Magus, who had acquired the collective power of five cosmic cubes and a gauntlet containing 5 of the 6 Infinity Gems. The Reality Gem was replaced in this instance with a duplicate created by Thanos".
  He didn't just have the infinity gauntlet, with 5 gems and a replicate reality gem he had 5 comic cubes as well.

@collectspiders: No the nullifier isn't a part of galactus but a weapon infact in the abraxas saga galactus died but the nullifier works the same so it isn't a part of this

one doesn't need to see metaphors on everything because that's looking too much for something that doesn't probably exist and to think beyond what is written is being too hard on life. just look at your post history, does that tell much on being too hard on your own life ?

the comic is there, accept it as it is. to see metaphors on something fairly simple is to make mounds out of anthills. comics are not to be taken seriously nor to be dissected in a literal way you would on classical works of arts. galactus said it as a part of him, accept it as such.

ultimate nullifier can destroy multiverses if you know how to use it, it has a higher potential for power.

Seems like a tense stalemate to me if the other person's in the right position to use the Nullifier and if they have the reflexes to respond to any sketch move with a suicide gambit. But every time I remember seeing the Ultimate Nullifier used, it's shoved right up towards the target at close range. The Infinity Gauntlet can scatter a galaxy and annihilate significant proportions of all living beings from any point in the universe, so it seems like it might be hard to mosey up to someone and just say BOOM Ultimate Nullifier in your face. Then again, in the comic books, people straight gank the Gauntlet off the hands of other people when they're distracted, so who knows?

I would say the Infinity Gauntlet, even though, IMO, it has been nerfed somewhat over the years.
