I believe you're confusing it with the black hole that sucked Thanos in, in Infinity Abyss. They are different comics, canonically and literally years apart. Even that black hole wasn't galaxy sized, it was 2 light years in radius, which makes it galaxy level in mass not in size. And SS had nothing to do with it.

That black hole was also 2 light-years wide in radius, and with that radius the contained mass is multiple times the milky way galaxy.

He took 2-3 direct hits from blasts which killed entire race of celestials and blew hole clean through Galactus, and wasnt even KO'd. Those same blasts literally blew Thor and Gladiator into bits
