Martian Manhunter has taught Superman telepathic resistance, but it's not really helped him against telepath's. Thor has resistance feats and has been mind-controlled as well. Stalemate

I'm going with Thor being more mind resistant. Superman has been mind controlled by Maxwell Lord who has to strain just to control one person. He also succumbed to poison ivy control(not technically mind control but still). Has Superman ever resisted mind control. I only remember Thor being mind controlled by the Goddess and she had 6 Cosmic Eggs. More info could change my mind.

Are you talking about "blood and Thunder"? that was not Warrior's Madness. Thor just went crazy. and in that state even moondragon with the mind gem couldn't affect him.

It took Maxwell Lord years to control Superman it wasn't done in an instant.

Thor has been mind controlled by both enchantress and lorelai (Spelling?) Enchantress sister. Superman has been MCed by Wimpier telepaths than that so i have to say thors is more resistant.
