Superior Villain - Thanos (MCU) or Lotso (Toy Story 3)

I'm gonna say Lotso due to the amount of burning hate, yet also sympathy, that I feel towards him.

That's tough. Both are some of the best villains of recent years. I'm gonna say...Thanos, but barely.

One is trying to destroy half the life in the universe. The other is tying to destroy... some old toys. Still... I hate Lotso so much. This is closer than it should be.

Thanos is better, but it's close. Lotso actually seemed like a nice guy, and I felt some sympathy for him, so he was more complex.

Thanos, Lotso's reasoning was really like backwards logic.
