Superhero Fiction (Novels, not comic books)

I love comics, but I also love reading novels too. When I can find a novel about a superhero...well, that is just awesome. What are some of your favorites or recommendations? Mine are the following:

I just finished reading Ex-Heroes and enjoyed it. I'm still rather partial to Soon I Will Be Invincible.

Check out the New Hero's series by Michael Carroll I've read all 5 books in the series and are looking forward to the next one which is the last one in the prolog series before returning for the 4th book of the main series
