I have no idea who managed to place Suggsverse in the last and Marvel to the top but i'll put my 5 Euro into this:
1. Suggsverse - SCP Foundation - Umineko - Probably Lovecraft, it's fucking hard to choose from this little bro's, i bet on scp 3812 but it's hard to research, Suggsverse sucks thou it was created only to be OP and nothing more it seems

For thoose DB fans sorry but in real list DB would not be even in top 10, the strongest character of DB is low multiversal/high universal buster, while DC have Dr.Manhattans like stuff daily, Marvel creates comics where Celestials we're fucking downloaded into USB from nonconceptual world and i would not even talk about Suggsverse, scp foundation, umineko and stuff because it would take hours to explain everything.

I'm pretty sure Suggsverse was made by a fan who got annoyed at characters like TOAA and The Presence so they just made characters that go beyond omnipotence. Dumb, I know.
