Strongest Anime Character Captain America Can Beat?

Both's Manga incarnations are pretty much featless (haven't read Boruto, dunno if he does something there).

If we go by Anime incarnations, I think they had a single filler ep rematch, where Mizuki became a weretiger (who wrote that stuff?) and Iruka somehow beated him? Cap prolly has a shot, would have to check Iruka's feats
