Starship Troopers(1997) or Man of Steel(2013)?

Man of Steel godstomps.

Starship Troopers easily, just falls into that line of cheesy goodness.

ST by leaps and bounds. I love a good satirical gore whore movie

The incredibly underrated starship troopers wins.

I've never seen Starship Troopers. So MoS.

Easily Starship Troopers. Its bad but its not MoS bad.

Starship troopers.It's actually not as bad as people think. Not like the book but it's better than mos.

I don't get the comparison/match up. Can someone explain?

I don't see how this is even a contest.

MoS isn't terrible, but it's also not all that good. It failed in a lot of ways in what it was going for. Even people who really like MoS understand that it does miss it's mark at least sometimes.

Starship Troopers, however, is amazing. It succeeded in everything it was going for. It's a love letter to old cheezy sci fi magazines and stories, and it did a great job of that.

I think Man of Steel is a very decent movie. It just kinda drags on at times, like the Zod fight. It's probably one of my favorite CBMs. But I must say Starship Troopers is much better. It's a favorite of mine and I've always loved it. Sure it may be cheesy at times or whatever, but I really can't find any faults with it. It's a great movie. And I think the CGI still holds up today pretty well. I mean sometimes I watch this movie and I can't believe this movie was made so well for it's time. And that's not just the special effects, it's everything.

Cgi hasn't improved much since 2013..world war z..mos..pacific rim..some of the top 3 cgi movies of all time

Starship Troopers is criminally underrated

I never see Starship Troopers dislike anywhere but here. I've always thought that was an awesome movie. It's one of the few I can watch repeatably. It was very disappointing when the sequels turned out the way they did.

Starship Troopers is one of my favourite movies, it was one of the first movies I ever cared about so It's very nostalgic for me.

Man of Steel is flawed. Starship Troopers was simply a joke.

I love Starship Troopers.

I'm absolutely floored by how this is going and honestly wondering if I watched the same Starship Troopers movie. lol ;)

Man of Steel. Starship Troopers was so average. At least Man of Steel was good and imo a threat to the MCU before the other 2 :(

Every movie hits every person in a different way. Man of Steel hit me in a way that I don't think something like this movie could. Of course I could be wrong, but the probability is very low. I'm not saying it's like this for every scenario, but it is for this one. I'm not at all being closed-minded.

I freaking love Starship Troopers and MOS is just ok at best to me so Troopers wins by far.
