Both had me at the edge of my seat and about to shed a tear (maybe I did shed a tear :P), sadly I got spoiled about their deaths before watching the movies, which pissed me a lot.
Anyway, both scenes are executed perfectly, I really can't decide.
Endgame.
Logan was ruined for me not because of something that happens in the movie, but because when I was watching it on my computer I had also ordered food and it took 2 hours with constant calls and irritating me throughout the mobie asking me for directions to my house as if I loved in a maze. So I couldn't enjoy the movie because of the a$$holes.
I hope they die.
Logan. To me it seemed a much more tragic and hopeless death than the heroic death that Tony had, and Laura was right there grieving through it, which made it more immediately emotionally powerful.

LMFAO I feel bad for you.
@g2_:
Yeah it was insane...
I ordered the food around 10pm and they bought it at 12:30pm.
The restaurant itself wasn't more than 5 kilometers away so I was about to kill the delivery guy when he came but then I realized he was only the messenger.
I really wish I could watch Logan all over again.
Logan, I'm a DC guy, but Wolverine is my second favorit Marvel hero character after Spiderman, I've always love Huge Jackman's portrayal of Wolverine, I love Ironman too but not that much
Iron Man. Mainly because I thought Charles dead was more gut wrenching, and I was coming to the movie expecting him to die. Not to mention they do have more time letting his Tony death sink in comparison to Logan. Granted I do feel like Logan dead was more tragic and had more impact in the service of the movie.
Both were very Good but Stark is more recent for me so I'm still shaken by it. The hardest part was when his generator turned off and the music stopped, that's when I felt my heart stop and hearing the ALL theater crying and sniffing was also very emotional to me, atfer 11 years of MCU movies and experiences that started with HIM... Damn...
Logan, only because Tony went out like a badass whereas Logan was already broken and gave his last effort to save the next generation of mutants.
While I prefer AE to Logan overall, I think Logan's death is sadder in some ways; Iron Man got to die saving the entire planet (and universe), and his death felt a bit more triumphant/heroic. Whereas Logan's death gave off the vibe of a very old, very tired man who has seen too much pain and loss in his long life that is finally allowed to be at peace. I think the latter's just a bit sadder personally. Both are excellent send-offs for their respective characters though.
