Spider-man villain ultimate popularity contest

Hello, I'm back again with a new contest with more villains this time (64 villains, can you believe it!) Last time there were some complaints that some of the more traditional villains were taken out to quick and should have been higher in the long run, so I've decided to host a new contest and with more villains so we can have a more exciting contest. Remember these three things.

1. This is a popularity contest, not a battle.
2. Vote for who you prefer more and not who is the most popular. E.G Venom is obviously more popular than Big Wheel, but you might like and prefer him more.
3. Enjoy the contest and try to stay consistent with voting.

@infantfinite128: Yeah, I prefer his no nonsense Kingpin over his more thuggish characterization in comic book Canon. Especially when his first appearance had him establishing a clearly dominant bad guy presence by casually beating up Peter and initially being voiced by Keith freaking David.
