Spider-Man 4 or Amazing Spider-Man 3

One of these movies will get made for some reason, but Spidey continues in the MCU. You can choose whether it’s Spider-Man 4 or Amazing Spider-Man 3 that gets made. None of the actors have aged since Spider-Man 3 and Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Definitely Amazing Spider-Man 3, I despise Tobey McGuire.

Spider-Man 4. Better series, easily

Both series would change their main actors for reasons though.

Spider-man 4 for me, because people were expecting Carnage to be in a movie.

The Amazing Spider-Man 3. Spider-Man 3 did a pretty good job of wrapping up the Raimi era, the Webb series left a lot open ended.

This. I didn't enjoy either of the ASM movies, although ASM2 was far worse than ASM, and yet still better than Spider-Man 3. The first two Raimi films are pretty damned good, so looking at the ratio of movies I liked versus movies I did not, I'm more inclined to give the go ahead to a fourth Raimi Spider-Man.

Spider-Man 4

TASM 3. Garfield is still my favourite Spider-Man to watch.

SM4 because Tobey has better durability feats.

After what I heard about TASM 3, I’m glad it never got greenlit.

I notice a lot of people on both sides of this debate keep saying "easily".

Personally, I think the first two Raimi films are vastly better than the ASM films no matter what any Raimi basher says, and so I would want to see Spider-Man 4 more than I would TASM 3.

SM4 for sure. I loved all three Raimi movies (yes even SM3).

TASM3, just because I feel the original series reached its end and honestly it was a great end there is no need for more adventure.

SM 4. I feel like Sam could make up for the mess Sony execs caused in SM 3.

The Amazing Spider-Man series ended on a cliffhanger so I choose that one.

Spiderman 4 because the Raimi trilogy still had a better shot at churning out something of quality compared to the TASM almost trilogy. But Tobey is incredibly annoying but the end of his trilogy so just for that it could go to TASM3 just to see how it turns out.

Spider-Man 4, because Sam Raimi was gonna make it great.

Not a huge fan of the Raimi spiderman series, but I think the second TASM was honestly one of the worst comic book movies I've seen in my life. It's worse than JL. Literal trash.

Still haven't watched ASM2 so Spider-Man 4 for me. Really curious to see what they would have done after that third movie.
