So they remade Ego Prime but now he is HUGE and is still ego just with a body attached to the planet.

As Manchine mentioned, this isn't the first appearance of Ego Prime. He first appeared in the 70's in Thor's comic as a piece of Ego that had broken off and taken a humanoid form and went a little crazy.

Yep. Given current Molecule Man's power he could easily defeat them and fix everything by just snapping his fingers, but we all know why it won't happen, because writers/plot, so Molecule Man as of now is "missing", we don't know what he is doing or planning or where he is and etc...
