Haku moving at LS is just facts, no one reacted to Haku at top speed between the mirrors at all the only time Sasuke reacted to Haku would be when he attacked Naruto but he left the mirrors to do that (even if Sasuke did that would be an outlier for him not an anti-feat for Haku) Haku even explicitly states he was slowing down as it takes a lot of chakra to maintain that speed and Haku is even an explicit pacifist that doesn't actually want to kill Naruto or Sasuke at all.
There's a lot of plot to that fight that nerfs Haku for obvious reasons.
There’s nothing to debunk. Haku and Kishi made it clear that he doesn’t use clones for his technique, yet he was able to appear in every single one of his mirrors via reflection, which when other characters do that it’s LS.
Sasuke reacting to Haku’s thrown needles after he was getting low on chakra and slowing down as per himself, or reacting to Haku after he left the mirrors to attack Naruto, and then Naruto reacting to Haku when he was trying to get back into the mirrors doesn’t mean anyone has LS reactions. People just need to stop throwing a temper tantrum any time “light speed” is mentioned in the same sentence as Naruto.
It's actually true, Haku was using his reflection to move between the mirrors, like Censored and Vivas said it's just difficult for Haku to go between them that fast for long. The jutsu is made to trap someone so he can kill tough targets quickly with little resistance after all.
That being said it doesn't mean Naruto and Sasuke had reactions that high back then, since Sasuke only started to hit him when he slowed down. Not to mention Haku was severely nerfing himself because he didn't actually want to kill either of them. If he had wanted them dead then they would have been beyond screwed.

He moves at light speed while traveling inside of his mirrors. He doesn't throw needles or attack outside of his mirrors anywhere close to light speed though. Sasuke also started tagging him after his chakra was heavily depleted which is stated in the manga. Nothing to debunk. Just have to know the context.
