Why make these changes to established characters when it does nothing except make a cool character a token? I doubt Disney will allow this to become actual canon in the films, but it's troubling that these writers would rather change fan favorite characters to fit their worldview instead of creating something original. Create a cool lgbt character and have them interact with the cast like a normal person instead of a parody or stereotype and you have a win.

Not that I particularly care, but when was Lando's sexuality established? Also it's sounds more like an interpretation rather then anything concrete.

Deadpool is supposed to be pansexual, too. Isn’t everyone pansexual these days? It used to be bisexuality then lesbians became all the rage, now it’s pansexuality.
