Shuri or Reed?

Will Shuri still be “the smartest in the MCU” after they introduce Reed?

“Avengers: Infinity War directors Joe Russo and Anthony Russo said in a recent Wired video that Shuri, Wakandan princess and scientist extraordinaire, is canonically the smartest person in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.“

She shouldn't be the smartest now.

Not when you have Stark and Banner.

No. Reed's definitely going to be the big brain of the MCU dealing with cosmic threats like Galactus and what not

Reed should be way smarter, considering that Tony already is now. When Tony leaves, she will probably be the smartest, but that will most likely change when they introduce Reed.

Also, will they introduce his kids? If so, Valeria should be the smartest.

Or if Moon Girl (I think she called that and forgot her real name) would be introduced she should also contend with them in intelligence.

Also, isn't Thanos already above all of them already though in the MCU (those who are already introduced)?

By feats she's much below Tony.

She already had a massive head start with Wakanda being so far ahead and had an amazing element to work with while Tony wasn't even trying most of his life and one he did start doing his stuff he not only made something far advanced than anything Wakanda had a that time he upgraded it to scary levels in no time.

In all honestly, it will probably be someone else. Can't have too many genius males.

I swear if there's a scene where Sheri outsmarts Stark in Endgame I'm just gonna leave the theater.

They won't make it clear but I can promise that when they meet Shuri will have a one up on Reed because it's something he would never think of or something like that.

I'm still convinced as smart as she is she couldn't do half the stuff she does without vinranium. Until she has a seat of making a pretty powerful armor from nothing but scraps.

You mean with Vision? Not impressive considering that compared to Bruce, she has spent her whole life actually studying the damn thing and knows the properties of it far better than Tony and Bruce did.

Also, her Panther Habit is less impressive than Tony's nano-tech suit

First there is what @byondeon: said and there is also the thing that between scientists it always doesn't happen that the smartest one will always have the best ideas.

It's possible for other scientists working together to come up with something better especially when it's their expertise.

Just because someone had a better idea once doesn't mean they're better.

We are not treating these characters like humans otherwise if we assume they're always working at their absolute best.

Even if Reed still isnt in the MCU, he is 2000000 times smarter than Shuri

Reed Ricahrds should be the smartest human on the planet. But with all the other things the MCU messed up for no reason I wouldn't be surprised if they decided against it
