She-Ra And The Princess of Power Season 1 Discussion

Tell me what you guys think:

I thought the show overall was alright, entertaining but flawed. With Catra being my favorite character, and episode 11 being surprisingly good. Hopefully they improve the writing in season two as it does have potential.

Just starting it today. The animation was my primary concern and thankfully it's not horrible. It's not blowing my mind but at least it's not choppy as all hell.

The voice work is slightly grating though.

So I finished up Season 1 and it's not perfect. I can't say I didn't enjoy myself. My only issues were some of the last episodes plotting being not as focused as previous ones. Also I am also slightly lost on why Cat-Ra keeps driving herself further down the hole, but her dynamic with Adora was interesting.

If I were to give it a score I'd say 7/10 waiting for season 2

For being obviously directed at very young girls, whom I was tending, I liked it. It was worth my time.
