Science Team vs Mjolnir - Can science lift Mjolnir?

Thor leaves Mjolnir in the Avengers Tower science lab and gives Tony two solid months to try and lift it. Tony assembles the most brilliant minds he can: Himself (Stark), Reed Richards, Dr. Doom, Bruce Banner, Hank Pym, Hank McCoy, Charles Xavier, Amadeis Cho, and T'Challa.

With two months to attempt, can this team figure out a way to lift Mjolnir using nothing but science?

Rules: No Magic or enchanted artifacts. ONLY science can be used. No one on team is worthy. No cheating. It must be legitimately lifted on Earth.

All men are working together. They have unlimited resources.

No, cause its science vs magic. Odins enchantment on the hammer will never be negated by science. Maybe if they could use magic they could come up with a way but with science only i just dont think they can do it.

How about using pym particles to shrink it enough till it can fit in your hand

That would be interesting to see. I wonder if Pym Particles are capable of shrinking Mjolnir?

@goldking: yes, they would use made up comic science. IF the story calls for it , it would be done. Just like a magic whisper from a mere human can make the person who put the original enchantment on it unable to lift it.... comic science would prevail!~

@goldking: I don't see why not given the roster of preppers you've assembled, unless Mjolnir has feats that would show otherwise, and even then it depends because it would be questionable if the team couldn't.

They could always create an artificial Cosmic Cube and get the job done, I suppose.

@thegrayghost: Resources as in $$$, and all the technology each of them individually brings to the table. Plus, Stark can use SHIELD tech if he wants. Just no magic or enchanted items. Nothing to offset the magic of Mjolnir (unless science can do it). But can it?

They could build a person worthy of the hammer I guess. Yeah, I got that from Age of Ultron, but it could work.

On a serious note, would raising a child under Asgardian morals work? You could create the perfect Asgardian citizen by researching their culture and what they consider to be worthy.

Doubt it, in Aarons current run no asgardian could lift it either (including Odin)

So this means they can use science to lift Mjolnir.

Doom steals a cosmic entities powers. they could tp it or reed could get franklin to do it. Unless they can't steal powers the they can only tp it.

@transformers1024: Except for the fact that every conceivable method of marvel's comic science has been used and has never truly bypassed the enchantment w/o outside help (IE move/dig up the surrounding environment, remove gravity, teleportation, or go to space). That being said there is a misconception. It is possible to lift the hammer, to a limited extent, w/o being worthy. A very very angry Hulk has done it, you just won't be able to gain the power of Thor.

What is the mass of the hammer? (I realize that lifting it has nothing to do with one's physical strength, but I'm still curious about this.)
