Well, the entire blast from the collision of IA and TBRS wasn't visible. It was shown from a weird angle where you could only see a part of the underside of that explosion and the explosion took place high in the air but considering it was the strongest moves of both sasuke and Naruto, it's DC should also be incredibly high. We don't fully see it but we can still come to that conclusion through scaling.
