It doesn't mean sasuke is weak it just mean that the velociraptor is multiversal level.

That being said, Sasuke's punch never had Moon level of AP. That is a delusion of the fanbase.

He could probably do something of the sort with Perfect Susano'o, though. That is where lies his offensive power.

Meno isn’t trying to actively break down the prison cage. It’s programming is to kill whoever steps outside of prison/cage. Breaking down the prison cage which keeps the prisoners inside seems like a illogical choice. Plus the guy controlling Meno is standing right inside the cage. It’s not off the table that it’s restricting Meno from doing something like this thread suggests it can’t do.

I just find it funny you think Sasuke is going all out. It’s almost as if characters can’t suppress their power lv. Like Sasuke went all out when he knocked out Sakura ? Or orochimaru was going all out sannin lv in first encounter with team 7.
