The Fury is a robot created by Mad Jim Jaspers on Earth-238 in order to kill all superhumans except Jaspers himself. It succeed in this goal in its native reality and moved onto other realities in order to further fulfill its directive. Think of it as a Sentinel/O.M.A.C, but much broader in terms of both goal and raw power (except for the random knockoff Fury's, but this thread won't cover them)

Now, since the Fury is not originally an American creation (being created by Marvel's UK division) a few of these scans are not in English and were exclusively distributed to countries outside of America, but if you don't speak the language it's fine because they've been translated beforehand.

Rapidly adapts to counter the reality-warping of Jim Jaspers, before teleporting to him a destroyed reality where he has nothing to warp (X-Men Archives featuring Captain Britain #7)

For a character with so little appearances, Fury was very solid and easily one of the most powerful non-abstract entities out there. along with it's ability to adapt both offensively and defensively making it that much more of a pain to deal with, usually relying on technicalities or Cosmic McGuffins to even temporarily defeat it.

Thanks for reading!

Interesting that you use the Earth-9411 Spectacular Spider-Man Panini comics version alongside the 238 edition, especially given many sources see them as separate versions of the character etc. I remember reading that specific Fury comic back in the day and being interested by how op it was, nice to see it get some information on it.

How do you view alternative versions of the Fury like its short-lived 616-counterpart and the like?

Other than the wiki, "many sources" doesn't sound right, especially given how the start of the comic mentions how Fury came from Earth 238.

Decent, but nowhere near the real thing.

Very nice, especially with the reddit RT being completely broken.
