Introduction
Arf, it's another big RT for a pretty big boi
So yeah, the reason I'm making this is because Creel's actually a pretty awesome character when you get down to it (his role in Black Bolt's solo run was a particular highlight, give that a read pls) and because he's a really tough cookie. Seriously, he's given guys like Sentry, Hulk, The Avengers grief, and even beat down Odin and Dormammu on occasions.
His magical powers (given to him by Loki) are essentially that he gains the properties of whatever he has physical contact with, so if he grabs something made out of metal, he gains the proprieties of that particular metal. Really simple stuff on paper, but it has a lot of surprising versatility behind it, as we'll see here.
Also made this because there's literally no RT's on him that are good. Seriously, it's really bad.
Absorbing Powers
Creel can also absorb properties using his signature ball and chain, so he doesn't need to actually grab something to become it (Thor #436)
Scan 1- Creel can also completely absorb the powers of magical beings like Thor, becoming as powerful as them in a instant. (Journey into Mystery #114)
Scan 2- Thor hits Creel with "the most powerful single hammer blow of all time" but he completely no sells it due to absorbing Thor's stats.
Scan 3- Thor also tries hitting Creel with unrestrained lighting bolts, but Creel no sells them and reflects the energy back to him.
Scan 4- Creel can also bypass the worthyness enchantment of the hammer by absorbing it and can lift it freely, something that is impossible for most individuals.
Creel also turns into whatever he is attacked with, not just what he grabs, so stuff like glasses, bullets, are all absorbed (Journey into Mystery #115)
Can grow in size by absorbing massive structures of materials, like buildings. (Journey Into Mystery #121)
Scan 1- Creel can take the properties of larger things like islands and continents, but this takes a ton of time. (The Incredible Hulk #261)
Scan 2- If Creel is interrupted or removed from the land that he is absorbing, he can end up stuck within his new form, like when he became a small island after Hulk knocked him off a large one he was absorbing.
Scan 1/2- Absorbs the power of the Quantum Bands, becoming as powerful as a star (Quasar states that the only way to stop him is by hitting him with too much energy too fast, which is pretty telling of how powerful he was considering Quasar usually drains people if he can) (Quasar #5)
Scan 1/2- Absorbs the structure of a entire bunker in seconds. (Incredible Hulk #59)
Absorbs the general structure of New York. (Thor- Blood Oath #1)
Becomes apart of a comet while floating in space (should be stated here that Creel is pretty much unkillable, no matter what form he is in he always manages to reform after a while) (Incredible Hulk #125)
Scan 1- Creel manages to become the material of Captain America's shield, allowing him to no sell Ms Marvel's punch. (The Avengers #184)
Scan 2- Manages to basically one shot Iron Man with a full on punch, breaking through his suit and hurting him badly.
Scan 1/2- Creel is later able to control people's minds by absorbing them, doing this to multiple people as well as the Hulk. (Incredible Hulk #55)
Scan 3- Controlling Hulk in particular is impressive considering that Hulk is infamously difficult for psychics to use their powers on, while Creel was able to full on control Bruce for a extended period of time, and needed for Bruce to turn back into himself to get him out.
Scan 4/5- Even then, Bruce was trapped within his own mind by Creel, and needed him to let him free to escape drowning. Bruce even states in the fifth scan that Creel let him go on purpose.
Scan 1/2- Dazzler hits Creel with all of her energy, but it does nothing but fuel him into a being of energy. (Dazzler #18)
Scan 3/4- While in this energy form, Creel no sells and stomps Black Bolt, flooring him.
Scan 1/2- Drains a nuclear engine after being hit by it by the Hulk. (Incredible Hulk #125)
Drains Hulk's energy so fast that Hulk drops to the ground in the process and Creel beats him down into the mountain. (Incredible Hulk #125)
Scan 1- Gets turned into cocaine and sold.....sigh, not one of Creel's high moments (Marvel Knights Spider-Man #16)
Scan 2- The Creel cocaine gives people his powers for a hour or so, which causes some goofy stuff
Scan 3- Creel later reforms by pulling the pieces of himself together again
Scan 1/2- Drains the Dark Enchantment (a power used by Dormammu to conquer the world) and then starts beating him up, like legit smashes him (S.H.I.E.L.D. #6)
Scan 3- Creel even punches right through him and beats him down on the floor
Scan 1- Manages to absorb the powers of a Cosmic Cube. 2 (The Mighty Avengers #32)
Scan 2- While in this form, he splits Sentry into two halves, bypassing his powers
Scan 3- Even when Hank Pym gets a piece of the Cosmic Cube, Creel still tanks getting directly hit with it and couldn't be stopped until Loki gave Norman Osborn a specific sword which negated Creel's magical powers.

Bannerman Amp
Scan 1/2- Is given a serum that allows him to drain Gamma energy like Red Hulk used to be able to do, hence the red skin. This is also what partly gave Red Hulk the capabilities to stomp a lot of individuals out of his league. (Immortal Hulk #9)
Scan 1/2- Is able to drain so much Gamma energy out of Immortal Hulk that he is left extremely skinny and weakened as a result.
Scan 1/2- Creel ends up getting literally shattered into pieces by Immortal Hulk after Creel had ended up under the spell of The One Below All after the latter had absorbed his essence when he took Immortal Hulk's Gamma energy. As always, he survived this. (Immortal Hulk #10)

Skill
Scan 1- While depowered, he fights Black Bolt for a bit and lands multiple strikes on him, even breaking his mask keeping him from using his voice. Bolt is a trained martial artist that learned from guys like Karnak, who is literally so skilled that he can find a weakness in anyone he meets almost instantly, this isn't even a super power that's just how good he is (Black Bolt #1)
Scan 2- Creel later admits that he let Bolt win their fight the first time, but it's hard to say if this means that Creel would beat Bolt in a actual fight or if this is just him boasting. (Black Bolt #2)
Speed
Is able to move his form throughout continents. Creel doesn't do this often. (Thor #206)
Scan 1/2- Loki later gave Creel a amp which allowed him to fly by basically doing the same as what Thor does with his hammer. This is also not used often. (Quasar #5)

Conclusion
In conclusion, Creel is a brick with almost unlimited potential. He can scrap with high tiers, and even individuals far above his standard using his powers. The only thing that stops him is his intelligence: he's a common thug, not educated in the slightest, and easily manipulated or fooled. This is how he is defeated most of the time, because the individuals who fight him can't physically overcome his powers, and thus need to mentally overcome him.
This is also why he's so dangerous- Creel in a alternative universe actually ended up absorbing the intellect of Ultron by accident, and in doing so, was able to kill all of the Avengers apart from Vision, who's phasing saved him from Creel. This kinda shows that, if Creel ever got a clue, he could potentially be a world ender.
