Onslaught is one of the greatest threats the Marvel Universe has ever known. His orgin's a bit of a doozy but goes like this. Xavier gets angry at Magneto and wipes his mind. Magneto's worst thoughts merge with Xavier's darkest emotions, creating the being known as Onslaught. Nate Grey fights Xavier and separates his astral body from his physical one, giving Onslaught complete independence from Xavier.

Onslaught absorbed Franklin Richards in X-Men #55 and Nate Grey in X-Men #56 , so feats after that aren't entirely his own power. There is a reddit RT on Onslaught, but the quality of the images isn't the best.

Power:

Restrains Juggernaut and plucks the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak out of him (X-Men #54)

Slugs Juggernaut so hard that he's hurled across the country and knocked out (Uncanny X-Men #322)

One-shots several heroes and would have turned them to dust if not for Cable/Sue (Uncanny X-Men #336)

Brawls with Hulk (Banner switched off) while the others struggle to get near them (Onslaught: Marvel Universe)

Shatters windows for miles while beating up Hulk (Onslaught: Marvel Universe)

Destroyed Earth's heroes but Franklin saved them by placing them in another universe (Future Foundation #5)

Durability:

Flashback shows dozens of heroes attacking him (History of the Marvel Universe #4)

Only Hulk could crack Onslaught's armor, the others couldn't even dent it (Marvel Fact Files #5)

Telepathy:

Shatters Xavier's mental guard of a repressed memory (X-Men #53)

Puts a mental block on Juggernaut which prevents him from revealing information (X-Men #53)

Controls Hulk, blocks his mind from Cable, and flips through his different personalities (Cable #34)

Gives Captain America a nightmare while trapped in the Negative Zone (Onslaught Unleashed #4)

Fools Nate Grey with an Illusion (X-Man #19)

Absorbs Nate Grey's psionic power charges and breaches his mind (X-Men #56)

Manipulates Franklin with an illusion while fighting Reed Richards (Fantastic Four #415)

Withstands mental probes from Jean Grey and puts a psionic muzzle on her (Onslaught: X-Men)

Reduces Wolverine to the state of a baby, controls Iceman, and makes Storm relive trauma (Onslaught: X-Men)

His presence siphons the collective psionic energy of all living creatures after absorbing Franklin (Cable #35)

Red Onslaught (clone of Red Skull with the power of Onslaught) broadcasts a telepathic hate wave that affects Thor, Hulk, Vision, Strange, Doom, and the entire world (Axis #1, Axis Revolutions #1, Loki: Agent of Asgard #7)

To make the feat even better, Xavier's subconscious was fighting against the hate wave (Axis #1)

Magnetism:

Summons Giant Earth hands to fight the X-Men (Onslaught: Marvel Universe)

Makes Dark Beast bleed out the ears (Uncanny X-Men #335)

Hurling Juggernaut across the country and into a coma was done with magnetism (Onslaught Unleashed #1)

Fires an EMP that covers Manhattan and disables all technology (X-Men #55)

Reality Warping:

Has the reality warping power of Franklin Richards and uses it to create a huge citadel (X-Men #55)

Creates several Fantastic Four rogues (Fantastic Four #416)

Creates a second sun (Onslaught: Marvel Universe)

Miscellaneous abilities:

Is Pure Psionic Energy (Uncanny X-Men #335)

When his armor is breached, he becomes a psionic cloud which starts to tear Thor apart upon contact (Onslaught: Marvel Universe)

Seals Juggernaut inside the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak (X-Men Unlimited #12)

Erects a force barrier that the heroes can't get rid of and have to distract him (Onslaught: Marvel Universe)

Unaffected by Vision's phasing (Incredible Hulk #445)

Onslaught had a lot of on-paper potential to be super OP. Don't get me wrong, he was, but for someone who had the powers of Franklin Richards (who created an entire parallel Universe to save the heroes from Onslaught in the same event) he didn't quite live up to the hype. He was still a good villain and a pretty unique idea.
