It was something the Blind Wave guys commented on in their Death Note reactions, who the happiest death was probably Light's father's, whom died never knowing how much of a monster his son had become.

9. The whole entire instance with Naomi was so well played by Light, externally.

Masterpiece

I would give it a 10. Death Note has been the first anime I watched knowing it was an anime. I got the series from YouTube two years ago( I was a noob back then). This scene always gives me the chills. The timing, dialogue, background song and the leading up to it was really great

That's why when a ruthless rat is trying to pity so that one feels sorry, one should kill it with even more brutality and that's why I don't even trust an unknown person with the biggest smile, always careful.
