Rate the mangaka : Toyotaro

Today's rate the mangaka segment features Toyotarō, the artist for the popular Dragon Ball Super manga, which was continuation of the original Dragon Ball manga.

I'd personally give him a 6. His work is a decent rendition of Akira Toriyama's designs and his layout of panels easy to follow. However, his panels doesn't have that sense of fluidity and dynamic from Toriyama's own work and there was a rather unsavory news of plagiarism involving him some time back involving Marvel Comics despite Dexter Soy's positive remarks.
