rate the Evil act above you!
Damn you Conquest@CitizenBane: 3. That was out of context and drawn in a way the writer never intended.
That's a hard one...
1: Vulcan wasn't exactly stable. The perpetrator being insane, makes it hard to say whether it's evil or just insanity.
2: The Shiar Empire had a hand in making Vulcan insane. The Shiar kidnapped Vulcan's parents, killed his mother, orphaned all three of the Summers boys (they thought their parents were dead), and tortured Vulcan when he was a boy.
3: The Shiar empire was constantly conquering civilizations and imprisoning them against their will, which could be considered evil...
Soooooooooooo...
I give it 7.0 on the evil scale...
NEXT: IRON MAN ADMITS HE IMPRISONS PEOPLE IN THE NEGATIVE ZONE BECAUSE IT IS OUTSIDE THE JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND HE CAN DO WHATEVER HE WANTS TO THE PRISONERS.
"This place is not on American Soil. American laws don't touch here. American lawyers don't come here. Once non-registrants come here, they're legally non-entities."
Translation - Once I've got you in this prison, you have no rights. I can do whatever I want to you and you can't do a thing about it.
Shredder kills Splinter's master: I couldn't find the image... so I just did this
