Today's rate the comic book artist segment features Skottie Young. One of my favorite artists in the industry as of today (although he's mostly been writing more than drawing nowadays), Young is well known for his cartoon inspired yet detailed character designs and storytelling. He rose to fame doing the art for Eric Shanower's acclaimed Marvel Comics comic book adaptation of Oz: The Wonderful Wizard Of Oz and it's sequels. He is also known for making plenty of Marvel comic book covers that feature the company's characters being babies and doing plenty of goofy looking stuff.
His most recent works as an artist are a volume of Rocket Raccoon and an Image Comics title following a young girl who was transported and trapped in a fantasy world for nearly 3 decades stuck in a child's body. This leaves her to mentally damaged and proceeding to violently attack everything in her sight. It is known as I Hate Fairyland.
