8.5.His neo noir comics are awesome. I loved his Sin City. He is generally a great artist too but his art tends to get weird or grotesque occasionally.

5-6/10 his style is good in stuff like TDKR but his modern works pretty bad.

Not my cup of tea really. I sometimes think his art might look tolerable enough and a good fit depending on the story but that doesn't happen often. A 5 for me.

Don't like it very much,4 for me.

He and Romita jr are very similar. I like both, very unique.

This was the toughest one to rate because his 80s work is amazing but his more recent works can go beyond gritty into ugliness.

A 5. I respect what he's done, and when his art works, it works well. But sometimes his art can look unforgivably clunky.

4/10. His art is pretty ugly and his writing has aged TERRIBLY. He had a massive fall from grace after a few good titles which tells me either he got lazy or his editors stopped correcting him because of his rep.

I prefer him as a writer if I'm being honest.

I love TDKR but the artwork is just off putting.

Whilst Frank Miller is indeed one of the best comic book writers of all time, his art is.....questionable.

The way Frank draws faces is honestly bad, and his action sequences are just disappointing. The only reason why I really give him a 6 is because of his more iconic panels. Otherwise he'd be a 5 or even 4.

@vishop_: Of modern comics, sure. Of all-time, it's either Curt Swan or John Byrne.

Byrne and Silvestri are my favorite X-Men artists of all time.

I gave him an 8/10. Daredevil, Wolverine, and Sin City was his best work as an artist, imo. I wasn't a fan of a lot of his later work, though. It was like he tried to translate the blocky style from Sin City to superhero comics, and it didn't work out too well.
