Just my opinion. Honestly the top contenders are always shuffled around due to opinions.

@thesuperor: I'm surprised you rank Steve and T'Challa above Slade.

The main characters all stand distinctly apart from the rest.

That's Green Arrow, Captain America, Daredevil, even Nolan Batman has feats and capabilities above most of the side characters and villains.

The best villains are all from CW, with Ra's al Ghul, Malcolm Merlyn, and Deathstroke cleaning up Killmonger and everybody below him.

Did Ollie Queen really get that good? Damn, I stopped watching that show since S2.

@usha: Yeah..Ollie is totally one of the most skilled h2h fighters in liveaction.

@the_hajduk: @erickagl17: @nw52: In pure skill Black Widow is the second best martial artist apart from Daredevil. It’s actually hilarious to put Captain America or Black Panther above her. Natasha does the same thing they do but without enhancements.

Olliver and Ras are still more skilled than her imo, Agree on Cap and Tchalla tho, she is AT LEAST equal to them in therms of skill. but she uses stealth tactics a lot too.

@emmafrostxmen: I would debate you on that. Even with his enhanced physicals we've seen Cap tested in more situations then Natasha. Natasha would be equivolent to Batroc or Brock Rumlow in her training and her skills. Cap has definitively outskilled them both.

@usha: In S1 and S2 it was a common occurrence for Arrow to beat 20 men by himself and not even be tired at the end.

In S4 he has a feat of fighting "endless waves" of special forces level soldiers for a long time.

In S2 and S3 he defeated all the highest ninja from the League. In S4 he defeated all the immortal grandmasters of his universe.

He beat The Flash.

He led the charge versus an army of 9 foot tall, clawed aliens.

He grows with every season to the point where previous big bads who used to beat him, are now stomped. He even fought the villain from last season again, the guy who almost beat Ollie as just a peak human, while that villain was enhanced by a serum this time, and Arrow still won.

Recently he's been fighting teams of previous villains and he does pretty well.
