7 - its pretty good but it just seems a bit much. He looks really cool. Especially with the jacket. But I believe eerything on a character has to have some kind of significance. Might be due to ignorance but I think he looks a bit much. In the eyes specifically. Especially for Naruto. I feel like he looks like a Bleach character lol.

Kaguya's design looked more threatening.

He looks powerful though

Isshiki's design is very overwhelming I think. I think its the kind of design that a lot of people won't like as well as a lot of people would like.
