Prediction: Thor will kill Loki in Avengers: Infinity War

Thanos and his followers subdue Thor after wiping out most or all of the Asgardians. He starts torturing him, trying to get him to stand down and surrender the tesseract. He says he’ll let them live if they hand it over. Loki gives Thanos the tesseract, hoping to save Thor.

But then Thanos double-crosses them. Ebony Maw grabs Loki and then Thanos orders Thor to kill him. Thor refuses, so Ebony or someone uses something to mind-control Thor into killing Loki, then they leave.

Thor comes out of his trance and realizes what he’s done. He holds Loki’s corpse and cries in anguish.

@camilopezo: mind control or something. Or maybe Thanos could say: kill Loki or all of your people die. And Thor chooses his people and it’s a tragic moment.

Nah I'm thinking it's more likely Thanos forces Thor to watch while the Black Order kills Loki.

I hope this happens, it would be BRUTAL..But we need Brutal at this point all MCU Villians have done nothing on this level

That'll be one legendary MCU villain. Forcing two brothers to watch each other be tortured to gain the Tesseract and maybe kill Loki for his failure in Avengers (2012).
