well he was part of what i'm pretty sure was the very first anti-Justice League (admittedly most of the other villains there were even more obscure than he was, but...)

I remember Captain Marvel(Billy) once had this bad guy called the Sketcher or something. He could draw people on paper and then use his eraser on his drawing, erasing the person or object from the drawing in real life.
