I think they are very close in every aspect, slade having a slight edge in intelligence and wolverine the edge in durability due his enhanced healing factor and adamantium skeleton, I'm assuming this is without prep, so I think at the end wolverines durability would be the decisive factor, so I'm voting Wolverine

Sorry, in all honesty I have to admit I overlooked the 15 mins prep rule, I do apologize for that, however, if I am not mistaken (and I could be, since I'm new to the forum, tho I did read the forum rules), being Logan and Slade from different universes, they only know the basics about each other, with that in mind I really dont think 15 mins prep would mean any difference, even considering how smart DS is, so I'm still giving this to wolverine due durability.
