Please explain how Goku is 4D or higher

I'm tired of seeing these claims and can anyone explain how?

He's not. It's just people wanking the statement by the supreme kai that says: "Jiren has power that transcends time itself" or something. He literally got caught in the time cage.

Goku's just mftl+ to a hilarious degree as in db they scale above their own ki explosion speeds.

Goku and Beerus made a dense energy ball by clashing and it expanded and almost destroyed universe 7 pretty quickly.

Not to mention they even wank him off based on a feat where they claimed was him shaking infinity, when really, that was actually a mistranslation within the Kanji. To summarize:

+Everyone was moving and thinking normally, including the mortal ones.

+Everyone could still see Hit, Dyspo, and Goku's fight.

+Hit was able to use Timeskip.

+Dyspo was moving at lightspeed.

+Anilaza and Toppo warped space there.

Being "4-D" isn't a real indication of power so it doesn't matter. Dimensional tiering is ostensible garbage.

That applies to every single comic character though, show me a chapter where flash is stated to be septilion times FTL? In coimics, it only says speed of light. Infact, pre crisis flash(One of the fastest version of flash) said it was impossible for him to go 100 times Ftl

Writers are just stupid just like in dbz the characters showcase feat trilion times ftl like flash but writers still think thats ftl. That applies to any comic not just dbz.

well that is true but at what point in the top did jiren seem to be obeying the laws of nature? As far as i remember there were no timelimit to the top. They could have fought for ages if they had wanted too. Besides, time is neccesary for us to watch them fight it doesnt mean the charcters are bound by it. Take mr mxy who is a 5d being bound by time whenever he arrives to earth. It states he is above time but the fact that he followed the natural order of things proves he is somehow bounded by time but we dont see anybody claiming he isn't 5d for that reason alone do we?

Your reasoning as to why he isnt 4d just wasn't sufficient enough for us to assume he isnt since other characters stated to be 4d happen to have the same issue.

1)using a statement from a character is a very bad choice because some of the statement are just outright impossible

heres one:in tensura(slime) veldanava the god of the slime verse is stated to have lost omnipotent and omniscient by guy crimson but yuuki and rimuru is stronger than veldanava so its contradicting to say he is omnipotent

Calling a character who isn't anywhere near omniversal for omnipotent is def an outliner however calling characters that have shown universal+ level feat 4d isn't a big stretch. When it comes to statements in comics, what matters is the credibility of the character that made the statement. Since the source of the info is an incredibly credible character(Angel Vados) there is no reason for us to assume otherwise. Besides, why do you think Jiren cannot be 4d??? you claim the statement is an outliner without providing any reason as to why you think that is? What is it that Jiren lacks that makes you state he can't be 4d?

All these replies and nobody has even described what being "4-D" means.

4D wouldn't mean anything for power unless it's infinite because energy, mass, power are all scalar quantities that are dimensionless.

I also don't know how you're going to transcend the concepts of time and space while managing to be usable in logical argument. If a character truly transcended time and space then they wouldn't experience change and therefore are unusable in any battle.

Exactly my point...Comic and reality never go along together so the issue I have is not whether or not these feats apply to our reality, cause it doesn't, based on common sense alone however people usually have no issue accepting facts regarding marvel and dc but they start to be factual when it comes to DBZ. It makes no sense for jiren to transcend time while having a timelimit to his battle but if you take a look at guys like Mr mxy who was stated to be 5d was beaten to a bloody pulp by superman prime but nobody mention those things when talking about mxy but they become factual as soon as they meet a DBZ character. That is my only issue, if u say jiren doesn't transcend time, cool, but keep that same mentality when commenting about other characters!

Sometimes there is no right or wrong answer to question like these cause it really depends on what the author wants and we can never know that so all we can do is speculate and agree to disagree.
