Since Constantine has no prep, I don't see how he could win. With even 15 minutes of prep he'd stomp though.

People talk how great Constantin is, but I never seen anything NON PREP related to him being impressive at all. So Pennywise should win.

Unless someone has impressive NON PREP feats for Constantine.

Constantine is actually a prep character. That's all of his best feats and mostly his only feats.

His non prep abilities areeant for more trivial or direct combat but even than its not his style

So Pennywise rather easily

Pennywise would most likely kill him unless he had prep.
