A serious Saitama so far scales anywhere from Small Planet to Planetary+

Here the thing, I say Small Planet at least because Boros CSRC was going VAPORIZE the Planet Surface within moments

The amount of energy needed to vaporize the planet surface ( all it continents and oceans ) within mere seconds actually calc at Moon level-Moon+

Saitama with a serious punch was able to one shot EFFORTLESSELY ( so there should be an at least 7.5x difference to one shot something )

So hence AT LEAST Small Planet level when serious

But can scale to Planetary+ via scaling above the High End version of Psykos's Continent/Ocean Split, Raise, and slam back down feat

Casual Saitama can scale to at least Multi Continental ( via his Moon Jump Feat )

Murata even stated that he could destroy a planet.
