No TMNT/Naruto Crossover?

Both are ninja stories, So why the hell has this crossover not had the chance to happen?, Imagine the Ninja Turtles and Naruto characters working together. would this be seen as a cool story with good writing or be seen as a rather poor idea.

Why would they cross over? One is set in New York and the other is on an earth-based planet that isn’t earth.

Not to mention the difference in the two verses’ power levels.

As if TMNT needed to be further ruined from all the constant reimaginings

why ? tmnt is not even "hot" right now.

Honestly that sounds terrible.
