His arm don't look destroyed like at the end of infinity war wonder he heal the arm or the gauntlet or is this just a old picture they used for the cover not sure

He needed it to beat strange, yes ebony maw beat strange but strange gave thanos a tougher fight than he gave maw which is odd, because maw tricked strange and obviously thanos couldnt do that

He needed it against strange, thanos has no feats to suggest he can beat strange 1 vs 1, the two have rarely fought each other in the comics but i suspect its because thanos doesn't really have an answer to stranges magic

Thanos being truly more powerful is debatable, thanos and the black order had years to prep against strange, strange had none, besides you are ignoring the fact that thanos has shown no feats to suggest he can counter stranges magic without the gauntlet, what abilities has thanos shown to prove your claims?
