You need to provide impulse time if you want a specific answer, otherwise my answer would be set as an equation where impulse time would be the input. Regardless, I did the liberty of putting it down below:

Escape Velocity of Earth (▲v): 11.2 * 10^3 m s^-1

Mass of safe (m) = 22.5 * 10^3 Kg

Impulse Time = t

Force = ▲(mv)/t → (▲v)m/t → [(V - u)(22.5*10^3)/t] → [(11.2*10^3)(22.5*10^3)]/t → (2.52*10^8)/t (N)

So now you have your equation, but you still need to input the impulse time to get any results!
