no, this doesn’t mean momoshiki and the rest are universal. That statement only comes from the novel, but wasn’t shown in the manga, anime or movie. And once again, parallel doesn’t necessarily mean equal.

OT: Yeah this is nonsense, there's no evidence as to what context parallel means. It could simply mean similar in nature or any other aspect that isn't size. There simply isn't enough objective evidence, I would need to be demonstrated that it is a universe sized dimension, only then would I accept it

Nothing in the manga contradicts the events of the novels nor the anime at all so this is irrelevant, the anime is a prequel/ lead up to the Boruto manga literally supervised by Kishimoto and Kodachi while the novels are an adaptation of the anime's events with more detail added towards them, further supervised by Kodachi, it's all canon.
