orochimaru was somehow inside of sasuke, with sasuke suppressing it with chakra, But he ran plumb dry and he got free, in the form of a hydra, and himself coming out from one of the mouths, But of course, when sasuke ran out of chakra after fighting Dedederia he couldnt have let orochimaru go -___-...
