I suggest you check out my marvel tier list blog which contains a lot of marvel characters and a few DC characters. Now I am doing a movie-verse tier list which includes MCU, DCEU, FOXverse

Remember that this list is going to change continuously.

Ultron is a bigger threat than any of the high tiers, and poses threat on planetary level easily. He is a tier above guys like superman and thor

The only reason he was a planetary threat because he was smart enough to create a machine that allowed him to. Going by that logic, DCEU Enchantress should be up there as well.

Fair enough. Ultron could have been a huge threat if he used his powers sensibly. Its just physically, he wasn't much.

Agreed, and neither was Apocalypse any much physically, seeing his best physical feats can be easily replicated by Luke Cage.

Well, Apoc had a very good regen and pretty powerful shield. Its not same as physicals, but he was holding off whole X Men at once.

My main issues;

Mid cosmic tier:

Surfer should be above everyone here bar Galactus (and even then, he did kill him).

Low cosmic tier:

• MCU Ultron (final form)

Ultron shouldn't be here, Ronan should be in the tier above.

High-high tier:

• DCEU Doomsday
• MCU Malekith (aether)
• MCU Kurse

• DCEU Superman

• FOX Super skrull

Magneto should be at the very tippy top of this tier, or at the bottom of the one above. Everyone else here is city level (at best, and stretching it) and he's planetary.

Dr Strange? Xavier? What? One has planetary TP post apoc and the other has time manipulation and dimensional BFR, they should be in low cosmic with Magneto.

Being planetary with the internet isn't the same as being able to manipulate the planet itself. It's not at all useful in a combat setting and I can't see how it's useful outside of sending emails.

Solely because of the gem. It destroys planets. He was literally about to destroy Xandar, Ronan's power level doesn't come into it.

I don't think he's done anything to justify it. Wolverine would slaughter him, people like Beast are stronger then him, everyone is more skilled. All he has is a durability showing.

He would have nuked the earth if not for Jarvis stopping him from accessing them.

I think Dormammu being #1 is debatable especially in comparison to a Celestial with the gem, especially if your referring to Eson from Collectors exhibition with the Power Gem. Feat-wise, there is not much evidence to say that the Celestials (especially with gem) are lesser than Dormammu. The rest of your list has people that could move around here and there but is largely pretty good but these top guys have very little feats to substantiate a hierarchy amongst one another at this point.

Would probably get on this at some point.

I think ultron should be lower, kurse should be above him in power, and id say magneto could fit the low cosmic level because he had similar power to pheonix, affecting the entire planet. Only reason it seems pheonix is above him is because she got through apoc shield and he didnt

If you needed more feats to justify Odin and Thanos' position, why not just leave them off the list entirely? Odin barely has any and Thanos has none.

I think buildhare covered pretty much any other problem I had.

As much as i love thanos and galactus what have they done in cinematic universe that puts them above everyone else? All thanos did was sit in a chair and all galactus has done is send silver surfer to earth appear once then leaves

I think the order for the most part is good. Sure a few choices are debatable but I can definitely understand why you made them.

@apex_pretador: is the list based more on feats or statements? I don't believe I see them on the list but enchantress and her brother are pretty high up there in the dceu excluding some pis and mental gymnastics.

I agree with Fox quicksilver being higher than Iron man. This helicarrier calc puts iron man's normal suits at around multi-city block level (170 tons of tnt) while this calc has Fox Quicksilver at town lvl in the 8 kiloton range based on the exploding mansion feat. In fact, he should just switch spots with Giant-Man. Yeah Giant-Man tossed war machine around but nothing to really hurt him so I don't see why Giant-Man should be above them. Also, when was this supercharged iron man, I forgot that?

Based on this argument, you should put Fox Xavier at Ultron's same tier, since he did launch every nuclear bomb in the world, and could have probably life-wiped if desired.

Well, that'd be a hectic job. However, what I can tell you is that the turbine he was pushing was atleast 250 tonnes (assuming steel).

I agree about Kurse but @apex_pretador is using statements too and by statements MCU Odin is pretty powerful.

In fact, Doomsday should occupy Kurse's current position and Kurse should be below Superman and above Thor. Also, iirc Malekith (aether) should be bumped up to be in the low cosmic tier as it was stated the "Aether would convert all matter in the Universe into Dark Matter." True it's pretty vague but going by statements the Aether is the most powerful infinity stone witnessed Thus far (makes sense due to it being the reality stone), however, the orb (power stone) has the most impressive feat. Either way, if Ultron is considered a low cosmic threat (why?) then I don't see why Malekith w/ aether isn't too.
