My contenders have to be either BvS or Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse.

Right now I'm thinking Ex Machina, or Blade Runner 2049...I'm blanking right now. Star Wars the Rise of Skywalker maybe. Studio Ghibli has some visually stunning animation as well.

BvS, say what you want about Snyder, but he still has some of the best visuals and spectacularly well done action sequences in movie history.

Here's a list of some movies with distinct and idiosyncratic visuals if anyone's interested (not saying they're all necessarily gonna have pleasing visuals or be likeable movies altogether, but they have unique visuals nonetheless). Arranged in chronological order:

Thaïs (1917), Metropolis (1927), The Cabinet of Doctor Caligari (1920), The Phantom Carriage (1921), Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens (1922), A Page of Madness (1926), Man with a Movie Camera (1929), Meshes of the Afternoon (1943), Inauguration of the Pleasure Dome (1954), Seventh Seal (1958), Baron Prášil (1962), La Jetee (1963), Daisies (1966), Persona (1966), Playtime (1967), 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), Hour of the Wolf (1968), El Topo (1970), Throw Away Your Books, Rally In the Streets (1971), Roma (1972), Holy Mountain (1973), Barry Lyndon (1975), Eraserhead (1977), Suspiria (1977), House (1977), Nosferatu, The Vampyre (1979), Altered States (1980), Koyaanisqatsi (and the rest of Qatsi trilogy) (1983), Videodrome (1983), Antonio Gaudi (1984), Chronos (1985), Ran (1985), Alice (Něco z Alenky) (1988), On the Silver Globe (1988), Tetsuo: The Iron Man (1989), Dreams (1990), Lektionen in Finsternis (1992), Baraka (1992), Satantango (1994), Pi (1998), The Celebration (1998), Zoetrope (1999), Werckmeister Harmonies (2000), Ichi the Killer (2001), Waking Life (2001), The Happiness of The Katakuris (2001), Russian Ark (2002), Hero (2002), Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring (2003), The Fountain (2006), Inland Empire (2006), A Scanner Darkly (2006), Enter the Void (2009), Beyond the Black Rainbow (2010), The Strange Case of Angelica (2010), Samsara (2011), Melancholia (2011), Anomalisa (2015), Voyage of Time: Life's Journey (2016), Loving Vincent (2017), The House that Jack Built (2018), Long Day's Jounrey Into Night (2018), The Lighthouse (2019).

I mostly tried to stick to lesser known movies, but great directors in general tend to have distinct visual flavors as well.

Oh geez, hard to just narrow it down to one. But of recent memory, 1917 I thought was really visually stunning in the theater

Prometheus and Alien: Covenant both have those beautiful Ridley Scott nature shots, which continue to blow me away each and every time I watch those movies. How he takes real locations and mixes them with CG in a manner that is indistinguishable from real scenery is something to behold.
